Our accommodation services include Supported Living, Residential Care, Respite and Day Care Services. There is also a Floating and Housing Support service which assist people in their own homes or communities. Purpose of the job: As a member of the Living Options Head of Service Team, you will lead the delivery and development of services including Registered Care, Supported Living, Floating Support, Day Services, and Respite. You will ensure quality assurance, governance, and resilience across your portfolio. Supporting the Director of Living Options, you will contribute to Cedar’s strategic aims by promoting a values-based culture and encouraging innovation. As part of the Senior Management Team, you will shape organisational strategy, build strong internal and external relationships, and drive high standards through a strong culture of quality, safety, and accountability. The Role To work with service users and staff team to deliver quality personal care and housing support services to individuals with a learning disability/challenging behaviour enabling them to lead a full and integrated life in the community in which they live. Care and support must be delivered in accordance with the organisation’s core values, customer service standards and customer service guide. The Package We have a number of Support Assistant posts based in Ballymoney area including permanent full time, permanent part time and relief.
