Job Role Join us as a Volunteer Mentor at Interventions Alliance and play a key supporting role to the participants we work with (predominantly men over the age of 18 years). You will offer personalised, one-to-one support to help improve participants’ lives, equipping them with the skills they need progress in life and avoid being trapped in a cycle of criminality. Our main focus is to grant access to Education, Training and Employment (ETE) and Accommodation and Housing. You must however hit an eligibility criteria e.g. 6 months substance abuse free, complying with your order and taking responsibility of your offending behaviour.
