Description and Responsibilities
You will support the Farm & Home Store team in delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This hands-on role offers a unique opportunity to work at the heart of Kerry Agribusiness, where retail meets agriculture. Your responsibilities will include
Safely managing goods through manual handling and forklift operation
Keeping the store environment clean, organised, and welcoming
Championing Health and Safety standards across all store activities
Monitoring and managing stock levels to ensure product availability
Engaging with customers to provide expert advice and friendly service
Handling cash transactions with accuracy and professionalism
Processing sales dockets and supporting order placement workflows
Coordinating product deliveries and preparing items for dispatch
Loading and unloading delivery trucks with care and efficiency

What we are Looking for
Studying Agricultural Science or a related discipline
Results-oriented
Motivated self-starter with the determination and drive to succeed
Exceptional communication skills
Strong ability to work well in a team and independently
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Good organizational and time management skills
