Transport Office Administrator
Martin Ryan & Sons Based in Limerick, Ireland has excelled in general haulage for more than 60 years.
We are now seeking to recruit a Transport Office Administrator to cover maternity leave initially for a period of 12 months - with a view to permanency in the future.
Duties:
-Data entry; entering jobs into the system
-Matching invoices against collection orders
-Answering emails
-Answering the phone and directing calls.
-Filing / general office duties
-Dealing with additional tasks as they arise
Skills Required:
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent computer skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to take direction
-Ability to work on your own initiative
Previous experience in a Transport / Haulage office would be desirable
