G-Stone Construction LTD is a well-established Stone Masonry and Construction company based in Co. Limerick.
We are currently seeking applicants for the position of Administrative Assistant for our company, duties to include but not limited to:
- Raising customer sales invoices
- Preparing customer quotations
- Monitoring company emails
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
The position is part-time; requires approx. 4 - 6 hours per week and is a work-from-home / remote working position.
Use of company laptop will be provided.
Experience in Surf Accounts is an advantage but not essential.
The position is being offered on either an Employed basis or a Self-Employed / Invoiced basis.
