About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team providing effective 24‑hour support across our hostels, family units and remote support services. You’ll play a key role in helping clients build confidence, develop independent living skills, and progress towards stable, independent housing.
The role involves providing person‑centred support that promotes independence, wellbeing and progress for clients across our services. You will assess individual needs and risks, develop outcome‑focused support and risk management plans, and ensure smooth referrals and inductions in line with procedures. You will also advocate on behalf of clients when required, maintain professional boundaries, respond appropriately to challenging behaviour, and ensure accurate record‑keeping and confidentiality at all times.

What You'll Need
Essential Criteria
- A clear commitment to our core values: Non-Judgmental, Supportive, Trustworthy, and Dedicated
- Basic IT skills (email, internet, data entry)
- Registered with NISCC (or willingness to register upon appointment)
- Willingness to undergo an Access NI check
- Minimum of six months’ experience (paid or voluntary in the last 3 years) working with individuals facing multiple and complex needs, including:
- Experience identifying support needs, assessing risks, and developing tailored support plans
- A degree in Social Work or current enrollment in a Social Work degree program]
