Accommodation Manager – Homelessness Services
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable people? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Accommodation Manager to lead our accommodation site supporting individuals experiencing homelessness.
In this pivotal role, you will ensure high-quality service delivery, effective staff management, sound financial control, and compliance with organisational and legislative standards.
As Accommodation Manager, you will create a safe, supportive environment where people can rebuild their lives. Working closely with your team and the Senior Operational Lead, you will deliver a determined, non-judgemental and trustworthy service that focuses on both homelessness prevention and responsive accommodation support.
Key responsibilities include leading and supporting staff, overseeing individualised support and risk management plans, and fostering strong community connections that extend beyond the accommodation site. What you will need:
- 3rd level qualification in a relevant subject
- 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within a relevant sector
- 4 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within a relevant sector
- Proven track record of working in housing services and working with diverse client groups.
