Accommodation Supervisor - 4* Grand Hotel

We are currently hiring an experienced Accommodation Supervisor to join our Housekeeping team. The successful candidate will assist the management team in overseeing and managing the smooth and efficient running of our Accommodation department.

Responsibilities will include:

• To supervise and check rooms ensuring high standards are being maintained at all times, in compliance with all relevant guidelines and recommendations.
• Ensure a high standard of cleaning in bedrooms and public areas, which will include our conference suites.
• Assist with the recruitment & selection process ensuring that we have the right people in the right roles at the right times.
• Liaise with our Maintenance team at all times as to ensure that our hotel standards are consistently met.

The ideal candidate:

• Previous supervisory experience in a similar 4*/ 5* property
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to cope well under pressure
• Be flexible, adaptable, approachable and to lead by example
• Good command of English Language
