Accounting & Finance Graduate Programme 2026
The Finance Division is responsible for all financial and management reporting processes across Bank of Ireland Group. This three-year programme, structured around three rotations, is designed to equip graduates with the critical skills needed to accelerate their professional development and career growth.
Programme overviewAs a graduate, you'll develop strong management, interpersonal, and technical skills while working on business-critical projects in a fast-paced environment. You'll be encouraged to seek new experiences, collaborate across teams, and contribute to meaningful transformation initiatives that support our Group strategy.
The opportunity- Involvement in internal management reporting and external financial reporting, including interim and annual statutory accounts, pre-close statements, published accounts, and investor briefings.
- Development of expertise in management information (MI), data analytics, and deep product knowledge in areas such as treasury and financial instruments, risk management, balance sheet strategy, and capital requirements.
- Opportunities to work with colleagues across various levels and divisions, helping you build a strong professional network.
- Regular engagement with senior leadership, including the CEO and Executive Committee.
