Accounting Technician Apprentice
First Year Apprentice Vacancy
We currently have positions for apprenticeships. We are seeking individuals that will complement our established team and contribute to maintaining our friendly and supportive work environment. The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring that all bookkeeping and accounts administration functions continue to be carried out to a high standard.
Responsibilities and duties:
Office administration, bookkeeping and payroll duties, including the following:
- Assisting with front office duties including answering the phone and meeting customers
- Communicating with clients, including requesting information, paperwork and payroll details
- Day-to-day processing of transactions: sales and purchases invoices, payment runs and remittances
- Preparation of reconciliations: bank, debtors, creditors, VAT, PAYE, RCT and Payroll
- Updating of accounts packages
- Preparation of accounts schedules and summaries
- Preparation, administration and submission of payroll
- Working with and supporting senior staff.
