Accounts Administrative Assistant
Role Summary:
To provide administrative support to the Accounts Manager and Credit Control Manager, undertaking clerical tasks, handling mail and basic bookkeeping, generating invoices, statement reconciliation and debt management.
Responsibilities & Duties:
· Perform customer statement reconciliations.
· Allocate payments – cheques / cash / bank transfer / credit cards and process refunds.
· Participate in monthly DD run and invoicing procedures.
· Controlling credit and debt control.
· Ad hoc tasks as required to support the financial function.
· Assist colleagues where necessary.
Requirements:
· Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office suite
· Ability to work on own initiative with strong motivational skills.
· Good written and communications skills.
· Strong problem solving and numeracy skills.
· Customer focused individual and a good team player.
Terms:
· Salary: Negotiable
· Hours: 37 hours per week – 9:00am to 5:30p.m. Mon-Thurs; 9:00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Fri
· Permanent
