Accounts Administrator

Ballymount Based Construction CompanyDublin€14.50 per hourFull-time

We are currently recruiting an accounts administrator to work in our office based in Ballymount, Dublin

(Full Time Hours 35hrs per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide accounts administration along with general administration
  • Inputting invoice details into accounts software
  • Reconciliation of sub-contractors accounts
  • Preparing quotations
  • Status reports for accounts payable and receivable
  • Contacting supplier & customers regarding outstanding accounts
  • Cost management of materials
  • Creating spreadsheets / databases
  • Setting up databases, and checking deadline dates
  • Assisting with collating, printing, scanning and binding documents in preparation of meetings
  • Ensuring meeting rooms and common areas are kept clean

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years previous experience on an accounts package
  • Experience/qualification in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Must be flexible to cover holidays
  • Excellent, communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience is a busy environment, handling multiple tasks
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Be self-motivated with good organisational skills
  • Must have strong IT skills
