Accounts Administrator
Langs Garage is a small family run busy business based in Carrigallen Co. Leitrim. Langs garage offer a range of services including vehicle service and vehicle sales, body shop , tyre center and diagnostic evaluation and service.
Langs Garage are looking to recruit a part-time (20 hours) accounts administrator. The suitable candidate must possess the following:
- The suitable candidate must have at least 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Excellent time management skills.
- The ability to work as part of a team and on their own initiative.
- Have the capability to deal with and solve problems and issues in the correct manner.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills.
- Display commitment and dedication to the role
- Possess good communication skills.
As the Accounts Administrator, duties include the following,
- Management of accounts, supplier accounts, customer accounts, bank accounts.
- Process Purchase orders, sales orders, payments and receipts.
- Preparation and filing of bi-monthly VAT and PAYE/PRSI returns.
- Have acceptable knowledge of ROS system and Motortrans system.
- Banking- daily monitoring of bank accounts, weekly and monthly bank reconciliation.
- Familiar with Accounting software and payroll software, Collsoft.
- Dealing with customers and suppliers.
- Assisting with administration duties.
Previous Experience in working with accounts is essential.
References required.
Accounting Technician or book- keeping qualification desirable, but not essential.
This is an in-office position.
