The Job
The Wilson Nesbitt Accounts team uses computerised systems to process large volumes of transactions to services the firm’s requirements & is located in our Bangor office;
We require an experienced accounts administrator/ book keeper to work as part of this team;
Duties will include a variety of postings & reconciliations, use of on-line banking programs & assisting staff who have accounts queries;
The post is part time 3 days a week, with flexible hours arrangements considered;

Requirements
- A number of years’ experience in an accounts position in any business.
- Experience of working on computerised accounting systems;
- Knowledge of Excel & Outlook;
- Knowledge of on-line banking;
- Solicitors’ accounts experience helpful but is not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Experience of processing of large volumes of transactions helpful but not essential.
- Excellent organisation skills
- Team player but capable of working independently
- Ability to work under pressure
- Reliable and conscientious approach to work
- Good communications skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Enthusiastic, keen and proactive
- Meticulous and diligent.
