We are seeking to hire an Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper in our Claremorris, Co. Mayo office.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with accounts preparations & Tax returns for our clients
 - Data entry
 - Bank Reconciliation
 - VAT & RCT Returns
 - Payroll
 - MISC duties as required
 
Candidate Profile:
- Confident with figures and have good computer skills.
 - Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with clients on your portfolio
 - Be flexible and well organised
 - Be a natural team player, comfortable working closely in a team environment
 - Previous use of Bright Software/ Sage/ Autoentry are an advantage
 - Dealing with client queries in relation to the above
 - Ability to work well under pressure, prioritise tasks and focus on meeting deadlines
 - Fluent written and spoken English is essential
