Accounts Assistant
About PepTalk
PepTalk is a workforce intelligence platform built for construction sites, data centres and other high-risk environments where getting it wrong costs money or lives. Workers check in through kiosks on site. We turn that real-time feedback into early warnings on safety, morale and productivity, so project teams can act before problems turn into incidents. Our own research shows that a drop in workforce morale predicts safety incidents, and that's the core of what we sell.
We work with some of the biggest names in construction and mission-critical infrastructure, including Turner, Mace, Ferrovial and Linesight, on projects across Europe and the US. We're a Deloitte Technology Fast 50 winner and an Irish Construction Industry Awards Innovation finalist, and we're growing fast. We have operations in Ireland and the US and we're actively expanding in the American market.
If you want to work in a fast-moving SaaS business where the numbers actually matter on the ground, you'll like it here.
