Accounts / Office Manager (52544)
Our clients provide Electronic Repair & Equipment Refurbishment Services to high value Electronic Equipment for clients across several different Industries.
They currently require an experienced Accounts/Office Manager to provide Accounts and Office Administration support to the Team.
·Prepare the monthly accounts to Trial Balance level
· Provide feedback and analysis to Management through ad hoc reporting and data analysis
· Implement new processes and procedures that relate to the Administration of the business
· Handle queries and resolving issues with customers
·Provide General Office Management support to the Team
· 3+ years relevant experience
·Qualified Accounting Technician
·Experience working with SAGE
· Good planning and organisation skills
·Excellent attention to detail and strong customer services skills
·Proficient Microsoft Office skills including Excel
Salary €45k+ doe
