Job Title: Accounts / Office Manager
Location: Carrickmacross, County Monaghan
We’re currently seeking an experienced Accounts / Office Manager to join our team. Excellent terms and conditions on offer for the right candidate.
This is a full time office based role, but there is flexibility with start / end times and working hours.
You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day Admin Team and will be responsible for the accounts side of the business including;
- Processing Payroll
- Managing accounts payable and supplier payments
- Maintaining general ledger transactions and bank reconciliations
- Processing invoices, expenses, and payroll journals
- Performing debtor and creditor reconciliations
- Supporting month-end activities including accruals and prepayments
- Maintaining accurate sales and purchase ledgers
- Supporting ongoing finance process improvements
- Managing annual leave etc
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- 3+ years’ experience in an accounts role
- Strong Excel and reconciliation skills
- Hands-on experience with accounting software e.g., BrightBooks
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong verbal and written skills for liaising with various departments
- Experience managing a team
