Accounts Payable Administrator

Wright Concrete Products is a family-run business specialising in the design, manufacture and supply of a vast range of concrete products. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Finance Team in our offices at Aclint Bridge, Carrickmacross.
This will be a 32 hour week role- working days to be agreed.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing of invoices for verification and payment
- Statement reconciliations
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Preparation of accounts payable reports
- Communication with Finance team regarding supplier statements and invoices that are due
- Preparation and submission of Interstaat returns
- Ad hoc admin duties
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Accountancy Qualification desirable
- Previous Accounts experience or experience in a similar position
- Good Organisational Skills with excellent eye for detail and accuracy
- Excellent IT Skills – Proficient use of Microsoft Excel/ Word
- Experience with accounting software
- Good communication and Time Management Skills
Competitive salary available, dependent on experience.
