Accounts Payable Administrator

Wright Concrete Products is a family-run business specialising in the design, manufacture and supply of a vast range of concrete products. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Finance Team in our offices at Aclint Bridge, Carrickmacross.

This will be a 32 hour week role- working days to be agreed.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processing of invoices for verification and payment
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Preparation of accounts payable reports
  • Communication with Finance team regarding supplier statements and invoices that are due
  • Preparation and submission of Interstaat returns
  • Ad hoc admin duties

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Accountancy Qualification desirable
  • Previous Accounts experience or experience in a similar position
  • Good Organisational Skills with excellent eye for detail and accuracy
  • Excellent IT Skills – Proficient use of Microsoft Excel/ Word
  • Experience with accounting software
  • Good communication and Time Management Skills

Competitive salary available, dependent on experience.
