Accounts Payable Administrator

Wright Concrete Products manufacture an extensive range of precast concrete products for the Residential, Commercial, and Agricultural construction sectors.

Due to ongoing expansion, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance Team in our offices in Aclint, Carrickmacross.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

· Processing of invoices for verification and payment

· Statement reconciliations

· Dealing with supplier queries

· Preparation of accounts payable reports

· Communication with Finance team regarding supplier statements and invoices that are due

· Preparation and submission of Interstaat returns

· Ad hock admin duties

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

· Accountancy Qualification desirable

· Previous Accounts experience or experience in a similar position

· Good Organisational Skills with excellent eye for detail and accuracy

· Excellent IT Skills – Proficient use of Microsoft Excel/ Word

· Experience with accounting software

· Good communication and Time Management Skills.

Salary will depend on experience for this position.
