Accreditation, Standards and Compliance Lead, Grade VIII

Purpose of the Role:

The Accreditation, Standards & Compliance Lead will work closely with clinical, operational, and executive teams to embed quality and compliance into all aspects of CHI, lead cross‑functional working groups focused on accreditation, standards, and documentation readiness for the new children’s hospital and provide expert advice to senior leadership on regulatory and accreditation processes.

Essential Criteria:

· A third level qualification (minimum Level 8 on QQI framework) in healthcare, quality, patient safety or related field.

· A minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant experience in a healthcare setting.

· Experience with accreditation frameworks and processes (JCI, HIQA).

· Strong knowledge of accreditation and regulatory frameworks

· Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, clinical governance, and document control systems.
