Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver activities that support resident wellbeing
• Encourage participation and tailor activities to individual needs
• Build relationships with residents and the local community
• Maintain records of engagement and participation
• Support audits and ensure compliance with care standards

About You

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or related field
• Experience working with older persons (desirable)
• Creative, positive, and engaging personality
• Strong communication and organisational skills
