Addiction Outreach Worker For Early Intervention In Psychosis And Crisis Resolution Teams, Drug & Alcohol Services

To work as part of a multidisciplinary team with the aim of improving the health and social gain of those experiencing addiction including those who are not connected with the Addiction Service by offering support, advice and help.
