Admin Staff Member

We require an experienced admin staff member to join us in a small but increasingly busy team. We are a Customer Service Excellence company working with groups such as Failte Ireland, Retail Ireland, Educational Training Boards of Ireland, Credit Unions etc.

This is a part-time position (20 hours) which is flexible and should both work around the person and the business. The person needs experience at controlling general administrative duties such as diaries, filing, invoicing, etc. As the company is small, other duties such as marketing, social media may arise.

The business is a fresh and innovative one where new ideas and interesting contracts are emerging. The admin staff member would be expected to take a control of areas of importance as well as contributing to the ongoing growth of the business by their own personality and ability.
