Administration Assistant

Carlow Glass Ltd require an Administration Assistant to work part time - up to three days per week.
This role involves general office duties relating to providing glass services for commercial and domestic customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calls and general email account with ability to take orders and messages for operations floor
- Clerical support such as preparation of letters and documents, spreadsheets, database, inputting of data, filing, photocopying and secretarial support as necessary
Skills/Attributes:
- Previous administration experience and working in an office environment desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, MS Office (word, excel) and email systems, strong administrative coordination abilities, customer service experience
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills for dealing with customers
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritise
- Strong collaborative skills with an ability to work effectively on your own or in a team environment
- Have a willingness to learn
