We are currently seeking highly-motivated Administration Assistant (Grade III) to join our team in Enable Ireland Limerick CDNT, Blackberry Park, Dock Road, Limerick

Contract Type: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Contract Hours: 35 Hours per week

Salary Scale: €26,606 to €42,805 pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI’s (Long Service Increments)

This pay scale is subject to increases in 2025 in accordance with the recent WRC agreement towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations.

Annual Leave Entitlement: 30 Days pro rata per annum

Overview of the Post:

To provide a wide range of switchboard and administration supports to the Children’s Disability Network Team.

The successful candidate will have

Essential Criteria:

  • A minimum of 2 years relevant reception/secretarial/administrative experience
  • A relevant secretarial/business or IT studies qualification.
  • Excellent IT skills, including extensive use of and proficiency in the MS OfficeSuite.
  • Experience of working with a database software system.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Must be eligible to work in the state

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience of working at reception/switchboard
  • Experience of working in a health care setting
  • Full clean drivers licence
