Position: Administration Assistant (Part-Time/Permanent)

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality administration support to various department functions as well as reception cover when required.

Essential Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s to include Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience dealing with members of the public face to face and by telephone.
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages.
  • Good organisational and time management skills and ability to work on a variety of tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Understanding the importance of confidentiality.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, flexibility and a ‘can do attitude’
  • Eligibility to work in UK

Desirable but not essential: 

  • One year’s previous experience in an administrative role within a professional office environment.
