Position Responsibilities:

  • Note and minute taking at meetings, as required, inc. Health and Safety meeting and Employee Forum.
  • Gathering of weekly and monthly data and creation of reports.
  • Update of weekly reports –Creation and issue of weekly communication – flash posters, noticeboards
  • Gathering of information and creation of monthly newsletter, review of suggestions and feedback.
  • Control and administration of Employee of the Month award.
  • Email and diary management in General Managers absence
  • Organize travel and accommodation for Management, as required.
  • Manage booking of meetings rooms and catering requests, as required.
  • General administration duties including filing, telephone answering, scanning, photocopying, e-mailing and typing

Technical Competencies:

  • 0-2 years of previous administrative experience is essential
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages e.g. Excel, Word and Powerpoint
