We are looking for an experienced administrator to help manage our Site & also provide support to our leadership team. This is a hybrid (3 days on site) role based in our Regional HQ in Citywest, Dublin.

12 months Full time - Fix Term Contract position with a view to convert to Permanent.

The Role

  • Provide support to the site administration manager
  • Support Wireless Team administrator
  • Provide ad hoc support to other teams as required
  • Liaise with other functions onsite to host external visitors (agenda’s, visitor badges etc)
  • Manage room bookings events via Outlook calendar.
  • Create Facilities requests on Archibus
  • Visa letters and other documents preparation
  • Assist & coordinate PowerPoint presentations for events (Townhalls, VIP visits, etc.)
  • Provide support for on-site events
  • Prepare and process purchasing requisitions for supplies
  • Liaise with administrators/EAs at other AMD locations
  • Provide ad hoc support to other teams as required
  • board room set up (including name tags, swag etc)
  • On site Events preparations
  • Order catering, facilities & IT support
  • Provide ad hoc support e.g. manning the registration desk, manning the microphone during All Hands, etc.
  • File documents
  • Schedule meetings
  • Share action items
  • Follow up on action items

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Previous administrative or office support experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and organised
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and work well under pressure

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of SAP & Concur Expense Management
