Administrative Assistant Grade IV (Panel)

Purpose of the Role:

The purpose of this post is to provide administrative assistance to the designated area of work.

Essential Criteria:

· Achieved Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification not less than Level 6 in the QQI framework

· Experience of general office procedures is essential.

· Have a minimum of 1 year’s administration/secretarial experience.

· Excellent ICT skills, including use of MS Office, MS Teams, Outlook

· Evidence of excellent written and oral communication skills

· Good planning and organisation skills – including time management, ability to prioritise and manage own workload, and ability to meet deadlines

· Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team, maintaining good working relationships with other team members

· Able to handle sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality and integrity at all times
