Administrative Assistant

• To provide confidential and comprehensive administration support to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of a range services.
• Specific duties and responsibilities will differ depending on area/department the position is held in. Please refer to job descriptions for specific duties and contract durations.

Contracts - We have a variety of contract durations (minimum of 3 month fixed term contracts, 6 month and permanent contracts), locations and contracted hours - may consider flexibility with regards to contracted hours (dependant on role).

Armagh City, Banbridge & Craigavon Borough Council will retain a list of reserve candidates arising from this recruitment for any future vacancies which may arise which are the same or similar and are of an equal grade of pay throughout the Council area. Such a reserve list will be compiled and held for a period of 12 months.
