Essential Role Duties

Word processing, filing and scheduling.

Prepares reports and provides record-keeping, using specialized software when necessary.

Responds to general inquiries from management, employees and clients inside and outside of the company.

Coordinates and schedules meetings and conferences

Creates, assists with and updates presentations.

Prepares internal and external correspondence.

Assists with special projects as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Physical requirements

Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment.

Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, planning and organizational skills

Extensive knowledge of standard administrative practices, software applications and satisfaction survey software.

Ability to project, manage and produce executive quality reports.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.

0-2 years previous experience providing administrative support.
