Salary will be in the range £26,449 - £28,094 per annum

Purpose of the role
This role delivers core administrative support across governance and verification functions,managing enquiries, records, and meeting coordination. It ensures accurate data handling, timely preparation of papers and minutes, and contributes to efficient operations through clear communication and professional conduct.
By the closing date for applications, candidates must demonstrate that they fulfil each of the following essential criteria:
1. A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above, which must include English Language and Mathematics.
2. At least 2 years’ relevant experience of each of the following criteria:
a) Dealing with client/customer queries by phone and electronically.
b) Use of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook).
3. Proven ability to organise and facilitate meetings, including scheduling, preparing and circulating papers, managing attendance, and completing associated administrative tasks.
4. Experience of minute taking and following up on action points.
5. Experience of dealing with confidential and sensitive information with tact, judgement and discretion.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
1. At least 2 years’ experience supporting governance or corporate processes, such as coordinating meetings, maintaining records, or working within established policies and procedures.
2. At least 2 years’ experience handling sensitive or confidential information, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and adherence to data protection requirements.
