Administrative Team Leader

A permanent vacancy currently exists within Mid and East Antrim Borough Council for the following posts and applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates:-

Administrative Team Leader
37 hours per week
Scale 6, SCP 20-24, £32,597 to £35,412 per annum

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

• Responsible to the Services Support Manager for the supervision of the Administrative Team across multiple sites providing administrative support to a range of Managers across the service.
• Coordinate and ensure administrative cover is available across the service when required.
• Support continual evaluation of processes and procedures; suggesting methods to improve area operations, efficiency and service to both internal and external customers.
