Administrator
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our Human Resources Team - Galway
Ability West provides a wide range of high-quality services to children and adults with intellectual disabilities and autism across Galway City and County. Services provided are day, residential, short breaks, community supports, rehabilitative training and multi-disciplinary supports. Role:
Provide administration support to a number of departments/functions, organise and attend meetings as required, including minute taking, preparation and circulation of documentation, follow up on agreed actions and record keeping.
Essential Criteria:
- 3 years relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Attention to detail carrying out key tasks.
- The ability to effectively communicate with team members, members of the public and people we support.
- Have the ability to prioritise workload.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
