Anton Paar, one of the world leaders in laboratory instrumentation and services, has a vacancy for an administrator at its subsidiary in Dublin. Reporting to the Office Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s sales, service and logistics processes. This is an ideal opportunity to join a dynamic organisation and a motivated, international team. This position is office based.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first line support for incoming customer enquiries
  • Ensure efficient processing of sales and service orders
  • Manage supplier & customer invoices
  • Coordinate logistics of incoming and outgoing goods
  • Maintain up to date systems information 
  • Provide general admin support and assistance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrator or relevant role
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Problem-solving, can-do attitude with an eye for detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Good IT skills, including a knoladge of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritise workload
