Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrator for our Biologics Division located in Ballina, Co. Mayo, Ireland. 

This role shall report to the Administrator Supervisor and the main duties & responsibilities shall be:

  • Generation of Certificates and Reports, general correspondence, imputing of data, emailing of tests results on a daily basis
  • File all Test Reports in appropriate Client files – responsible for maintaining extensive filing system
  • Assist in the archiving of documentation
  • Dealing with day to day queries from client base via telephone and email – details passed on to relevant personnel as required
  • Type new SOPs or make changes to revised SOP’s as assigned
  • Log In/out Test Items from Test item store as assigned.
  • Generation of Purchase Requisitions
Profile and Requirements

The following are minimum requirements related to the Administrator position.

  • Secretarial or computer Certificate/Science Diploma or equivalent (preferable but not essential)
  • Documentation control experience ideally in a GMP/GLP environment would be an advantage
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above
  • IT Skills – MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Ability to interact with peers effectively
  • Be able to deal with people at all levels including internal and external clients
  • Strong administration, documentation and analytical skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent Organisational &Good Time Management
  • Meticulous attention to detail essential
  • Adopt a can-do attitude
