Grade IV Administrator
Permanent Full Time
LOCATION: LIOSMOR, CO. LIMERICK
The post holder will provide administrative support within the Community Services Team as directed by the Area Manager.
The successful candidate must:
- At least 2 years relevant experience in a similar role. Experience in health, educational, social care, disability sectors or public body would be beneficial
- Minimum level 5 qualification in Business Management, Business Administration, Secretarial Administration or equivalent
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy office environment
- Be able to work on own initiative and as an integral part of wider team
- Excellent IT skills, advanced level skills in MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and comply with obligations under the Data Protection Legislation and Freedom of Information Act
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Effective minute taking skills
- Full Clean Drivers Licence and access to own transport
