JOB TITLE:  Administrator / Customer Service Representative (CSR) DEPARTMENT:  Various GRADE:  Level C FULL TIME / PART TIME:  Full Time STATUS: Permanent REFERENCE: 28-25 LOCATIONSantry, Dublin (Hybrid)

Job Overview
Expressions of interest are being sought to fill a number of Administrator / Customer Service Representative (CSR) roles within NSAI. The successful candidate(s) will provide efficient and professional customer service and administrative support to their assigned Department.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities may include the following
  • Provide reliable and proactive administrative support to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Support day-to-day operations by delivering professional customer service and handling administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Monitor all relevant correspondence and maintain relevant registers to ensure queries and action items are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Raise Purchase Requisitions/Purchase Orders as required, and ensure follow-up where necessary with Finance Unit staff, vendors/sub-contractors etc.
  • Compile and prepare reporting material for quarterly reports and departmental meetings and record minutes ensuring all action items arising from these meetings are followed up on.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees and cover administrative duties for colleagues during times of absence/where required. 
  • Assist with projects related to the effective operation of the assigned Department.
  • Any other administration duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience 

Essential 
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role.
  • Computer literate with a high-level knowledge of PC packages, i.e. Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other administrative software systems 
  • Results orientated approach to work and a strong commitment to the achievement of organisational goals, with a clear focus on excellence and high quality. 
  • Strong time management, organisational skills and multi-tasking skills 
  • Ability to interface with multiple software platforms.
  • Ability to work to a high degree of accuracy and detail.




Desirable 
  • 3rd level qualification in relevant field.
  • Previous experience in team administration, client engagement and project management.
