We offer a competitive starting salary of €29,030.00 for this role, with salary adjustments reflecting your experience level and expertise. .

Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position

  • Experienced in an administrative role within a professional environment
  • Excellent organisational and prioritising skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines while taking initiative and working collaboratively

What type of work will I be doing?

  • Supporting audit teams and managers throughout various stages of the audit lifecycle
  • Preparing, issuing, and acquiring letters requesting audit evidence from external third parties
  • Liaising with audit teams and third parties to resolve queries promptly
  • Preparing reports, letters, and other documents including branding, proofreading, and formatting
  • Providing audit-specific administrative support as required
  • Contributing to the development of best practices and continuous improvement within the DDC
  • Embracing flexible and remote working techniques to support efficient service delivery
