Job Description
Administrator Required for BCE Consulting Engineers.
Position: Engineering / Project Manager Administrator.
Location: BCE Consulting Engineers, Marina Commercial Park, Centre Park Road, Cork.
Company Overview:
BCE is a consulting engineer practice, specialising in project consulting, design, management, engineering/building compliance, verification and expert assessment and reporting for litigation.
Position responsibilities:
To provide general administrative support to the engineering and project management team.
To enable efficient delivery of customer documentation requirements on projects.
To coordinate and ensure documentation is compiled and submitted to relevant bodies.
Report formatting, editing and printing.
Scheduling/coordination of diaries for the engineering and project management team.
Printing and binding of documentation.
Documentation control for multiple concurrent projects.
Documentation support to the Financial team.
Required Skills:
Proficient in use of Office software, Word, Excel and Google.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Planning and organisation skills.
Experience in documentation management systems.
Familiar with engineering reports and documentation.
Position: Permanent part time.
