Equipped with efficient systems and warehousing capabilities, it enables us to manage stock, process orders, and coordinate dispatch with accuracy, speed and precision. This ensures reliable availability of core products and timely deliveries, whether to a customer location or one of our ERIKS sites throughout Ireland.

Job Location: Little Island, Cork

About the Role:

  • Update and maintain the ERIKS Ireland Import Log.

  • Create strong communication with each site with regards to the Imports they receive.

  • Create strong communication with each courier, clearance company, exports departments, to streamline this import log process.

  • Keep all the shared files in the Custom Imports folder up to date and well labelled.

  • Analyse the TAN account monthly and use this information on the Import log.

  • Ensure to escalate any flags or concerns in retrieving information.

Working Hours:

Mon - Fri: 08:30am - 17:00pm

Total Hours: 40

Breaks: 30 mins

Key Skills, Experience & Requirements:

  • Strong team player with a desire to support the delivery of common business Objectives.

  • Confident and able to work Microsoft packages such as Outlook and Excel,

  • Ability to create reports and confidence in sharing them.

  • Self-Managing and Self-Motivated – takes responsibility for own deliverables.

  • Strong written and verbal skills.
