Administrator
Friel Stafford is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our specialist insolvency, corporate advisory, and restructuring team in Dublin 2.

The RoleAs Administrator, you will provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to the Friel Stafford team and help ensure the smooth running of the practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Maintaining and organising company records, files and documentation.
· Preparing, updating and managing information across internal and online systems.
· Providing administrative and secretarial support to the professional team.
· Managing incoming telephone and email enquiries in a professional and responsive manner.
· Preparing correspondence and documentation.
· Assisting with diary management, meetings and appointments.
· Supporting the team with general office administration and the efficient management of client matters.
You will work closely with experienced insolvency professionals, accountants and advisers and will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and responsibilities as part of a growing practice.
About YouThe ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience in an administrative or similar professional services role.
You will have:
· Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
· Strong interpersonal skills and a professional approach to clients and colleagues.
· Good judgement, discretion and integrity.
· A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Experience in an accountancy, legal, financial services or other professional services environment would be an advantage, but is not essential.
