Description

KSN are an Irish owned construction consultancy practice providing a full spectrum of services from cost management to sustainability advice across all industry sectors. Established in 2012, KSN Energy are the operations management company on a number of schemes run by the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI).

KSN Energy has a great new opportunity for an Administrator to join our team, supporting the activities of our busy Clonskeagh based office. This position will suit a highly organised individual who is resourceful and enjoys working in an active office environment.

Key Accountabilities

Office Activities:

  • Provide administrative support across a variety of technical teams and leaders;
  • Work with Excel, Word and PowerPoint documents, ensuring compliance with internal standards;
  • Supporting KSN’s Marketing team with the development of professional company submissions, tenders, brochures etc.
  • Updating/formatting MS Excel spreadsheets in line with company standards;
  • Printing, binding and filing of documents as required;
  • Ensuring accuracy of all administrative tasks;
  • Provide occasional reception/switchboard support for breaks and leave cover;
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

Person Specification

  • A strong communicator with excellent written and proof-reading skills;
  • Strong digital skills and proven experience with the use of Excel at an experienced level;
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint;
  • An eye for detail is essential;
  • Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise key tasks;
  • Methodical and flexible with a proven ability to work at pace and meet deadlines;
  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop new skills.

  • Confidence to work on own initiative and as part of a team;
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and management;
  • Approaches tasks with a positive, can-do attitude;
  • Confidentiality and discretion are essential requirements of this role.
