Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Managing the Mercury Owned and Hired Vehicles on our European projects
- Working with the Business unit FTP buyers and Project personal to ensure all Fleet is managed correctly.
- Creating requisitions for vehicle hire.
- Ability to liaise with vendors
- Creating service entries for Vehicle hire
- Maintain Fleet Trackers for each project
- Manage all fleet Service for projects in Europe
- Issuing Traffic Fines to the responsible individuals
- Ensuring all vehicles insurance is kept up to date
- Ensuring all vehicle are certified to be road worthy
- General Administration Office Duties - Filing, typing, photocopying, faxing etc.
- General office management duties associated with this role.
- Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.
Essential Criteria for the Role:
- Strong administration skills.
- Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Pride in the quality and presentation of work
- Excellent communication skills
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience with Fleet management
- Experience using SAP
