About The Role:Working Days - Monday to Friday
9.00am - 5.00pm
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Entering & Updating information into relevant databases e.g., Business specific contracts & quotations are updated in line with SLA: Service Level Agreements & Company requirements
- Assist with administration of company Purchase Orders requirements for both Security & Cleaning sectors
- Assist with the administration of cleaning materials/consumables and uniforms, approving to relevant level required within the portal
- Act as a note-taker at company meetings as & when required
- Assist with the completion of any other administrative tasks as & when required
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Must have Right to Work in the UK
- Proficient User of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Possess excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy ensuring that work is prepared & completed in an efficient and timely manner
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
