· Remuneration - *€36,109 (point 1) to €55,463 (point 12) LSI.

· Annual Leave - As per Health Service Executive (HSE)

· Proposed Interview Date – Week of 30thMarch/6th April 2026 - At least 1 weeks’ notice will be provided

WHO ARE WE

Peamount Healthcare is an independent voluntary organisation that operates in partnership with the HSE Health Region, Dublin and Midlands to provide a range of health and social care services. Peamount Healthcare is a registered charity and is directly funded by the HSE under Section 38 of the Health Act 2004. The hospital provides consultant led, multidisciplinary, specialist rehabilitation services to patients at the right time and in the right place, which improve patient outcomes. Peamount Healthcare provides specialist rehabilitation in Neurology, Age-Related, Respiratory and Rheumatology. The services provided also include continuing care services for the older person, adults with neurological disabilities and individuals with intellectual disabilities.

PURPOSE OF THE POST

The purpose of this post is to provide a comprehensive administrative support to Nursing Administration with a particular emphasis on communication, record management, minute taking, diary management and systems development. The nursing admin department represents the office of the Director of Nursing.

Point on Salary Scale

  • New appointees coming from the private sector will be placed on the minimum point of the scale.
  • Clinical and Therapy Grades: Incremental credit may be applied for recognised relevant service in Ireland and abroad (Department of Health Circular 2/2011) in the Civil Service, local authorities, public service, health service and other public service bodies and statutory agencies.
