Randox Teoranta are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join us in dual role between our Reception team and Finance team. The successful candidate will be working between the 2 teams assisting with daily tasks and working on tasks assigned by management.
This position will be based at Randox Teoranta – Dungloe.
Shift Pattern: 08:40-17:20. Monday-Friday
The Role:
The operation of the company switchboard to receive, transfer, and or connect a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards.
Communicate and liaise effectively verbally and in writing between customers/suppliers/visitors/enquirers and relevant staff and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in person, and to verbal and written instructions.
The efficient and professional handling of company visitors and contractors. To inform the relevant employee that their visitor has arrived in a timely fashion and to register all visitors who arrive on site. Also managing access to the site via Gates.
The processing of all internal and external post on a daily basis in a timely manner.
Working closely with the SCM Purchasing department updating the Approved Supplier List and ensuring the database and files are kept up to date.
Running overdue delivery report each morning and following up with suppliers as necessary.
Keeping Insurance Liability and Tax Clearance Certs up to date and valid.
Checking all incoming invoices as per instruction, scanning, filing and processing in an efficient and timely manner.

The Candidate:
Essential:
Possess excellent communication skills.
GCSE Math and English grade C or above (or equivalent).
Excellent in the use of Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Desirable:
Administrative/Receptionist experience.
Finance administration experience.
Accounts payable experience.
