Overview of Role: 

The Veolia Intel Site Administrator will provide administrative support across invoicing, compliance, training, QHSE, PPE ordering. Additional duties may be assigned as required. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customer services and contract management in sales, account management, after-sales service, and daily customer support.

  • Assist with quotations and presentation preparation.

  • Perform office-based administrative tasks for the contract management team.

  • Maintain and manage customer databases and operate CRM systems.

  • Update databases with sales information, invoices, and other relevant details.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Implement best practices and standards in administrative assistance for sales staff.

  • Provide regular reports to clients and line managers.

  • Take ownership of customer concerns, including operational issues and invoice queries.

  • Ensure high service levels for customers.

  • Comply with company health and safety initiatives and maintain safety awareness.

  • Promote Veolia’s purpose of Ecological Transformation through daily waste management services. 

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of proven sales administration experience, preferably in a service-related industry (ideally in the pharmaceutical or chemical sector).

  • Experience with accounts, including Purchase Orders and Invoicing.

  • Environmental Science background or qualification is an advantage.

  • Waste management experience (desired).

  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications, including Google Docs and Sheets.

  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, energy, and drive

  • Ability to implement continuous improvements.

  • Motivated and ambitious self-starter with the ability to work independently.

  • Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Full driving license (desired).

  • Willingness to learn new skills and develop within the role
