Role Purpose

  • Deal with all customer queries and referrals in a timely and professional manner, communicating the need for any follow up to appropriate members of the clinical/management teams.
  • Process Hospital@Home claims in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Be responsible for maintaining and where necessary updating employee records.
  • Ensure all mandatory training is complete and up to date for all teams within H@H & MSS
  • Co-ordinate the nursing and medical rotas/duties.
  • Co-ordinate the allocation of clients to the midwives for monthly registrations.
  • Ensure Vhi Hospital@Home and Vhi Midwife Support Service’s databases are accurate, complete and only available to authorised personnel in line with company policy.
  • Be responsible for keeping patient records both written and electronic secure and in line with company policy and legislative requirements.
  • Payroll submissions monthly for unsocial hours/Locum hours.
  • Monitor all types of Leave for Hospital@Home team and Midwife support team.

Education & Experience

  • An aptitude or previous experience in a medical environment.
  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • Excellent IT Skills.
  • Demonstrated alignment to Vhi values.

  • Prioritising and organisational skills is essential.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical thinking.
